Responsibilities
Technical Development: Translate technical system specifications into working applications by developing detailed programming specifications and writing/generating high-quality code.
Siebel Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of Siebel CRM modules, focusing on the specialized IP18+ architecture.
Integration & Data Management: Manage and implement complex data migrations and integrations using Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
Modern UI Implementation: Leverage Open UI concepts, including Presentation Models (PM), Physical Renderers (PR), and Manifest File management, to create intuitive user interfaces.
System Troubleshooting: Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical problems arising during software operation, providing expert support during implementations and migrations.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with IT professionals to design high-availability solutions and apply enterprise architecture methodologies and design standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, debug applications, and facilitate design walkthrough sessions with project teams to ensure technical excellence.
Support & Documentation: Provide post-implementation support, resolve technical issues, and produce comprehensive system and user documentation in compliance with AODA standards.
Qualifications
Core Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
Advanced Integration: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel EIM and EAI.
Modern Platform Skills: 3+ years of experience specifically with Siebel IP18+.
Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Open UI Mastery: Working knowledge of PM, PR, and Mapping files.
Database & Tools: Strong experience with relational/hierarchical database technologies and specialized CRM development tools.
Professional Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
Nice to Have: Experience with Siebel Public Sector modules (Contracts, Partner Portal, etc.) or experience with Transfer Payments.
