Responsibilities
Translate technical system specifications into detailed programming specs, writing clean code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting comprehensive unit tests.
Perform hands-on technical configuration, custom development, and system integration for Oracle Siebel CRM platforms.
Design, execute, and document test plans for Siebel CRM modules, workflows, and integrations.
Develop, configure, and test integrations connecting Siebel CRM with external platforms, including Adobe AEM and J2EE architectures.
Build, maintain, and test analytics reporting models using OBIEE and Power BI.
Customize front-end user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Siebel Open UI framework concepts (Presentation Models, Physical Renderers, Manifest files).
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical software issues, providing post-implementation and migration support.
Prepare detailed system documentation, runbooks, and test coverage artifacts while collaborating closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Siebel Development & Configuration: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, custom development, and system integration (Strictly Required).
Siebel CRM Testing: Hands-on experience in testing Oracle Siebel CRM applications, modules, and end-to-end workflows (Strictly Required).
Third-Party Integration Experience: 3+ years of development and testing experience integrating Siebel CRM with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related platforms (Strictly Required).
Siebel IP18+ & Open UI: Hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing Siebel IP18 or later releases, including Open UI frameworks, Web Templates, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery (Strictly Required).
BI Report Development & Testing: Proven experience developing and testing business intelligence reports using OBIEE and Power BI (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Experience working with Public Sector Siebel CRM modules (e.g., Public Sector Partner Portal, eService, Contracts, Resource Manager).
Exposure to Transfer Payments workflows or automated testing tools for Siebel.
