Responsibilities
Siebel Architecture & Configuration: Lead end-to-end technical configuration, design, script coding, and custom development of Siebel enterprise platforms, utilizing Siebel Tools, Open UI, workflows, applets, screens, and business components.
System Integration: Design and execute complex integrations using Siebel EAI, EIM, REST/SOAP web services, and middle-tier platforms (including Adobe AEM and J2EE environments).
Reporting & Analytics Development: Build, maintain, and optimize business intelligence reporting solutions using OBIEE and Power BI to support enterprise data analytics.
Front-End Open UI Customization: Customize and extend user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Open UI frameworks (Presentation Models and Physical Renderers).
System Maintenance & Migration: Administer Siebel Migration Applications, manage Approval Managers, and troubleshoot complex technical issues arising during application conversions, deployments, or upgrades.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform unit testing, code reviews, and SQL performance tuning across relational databases to guarantee code quality and optimal system execution.
Technical Documentation & Collaboration: Author detailed system specifications, integration mapping documents, and user guide runbooks while collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Siebel Development Seniority: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, custom development, and system integration (Strictly Required).
Third-Party Platform Integration: 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel CRM with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related enterprise platforms (Strictly Required).
Siebel EIM/EAI Expertise: 5+ years of dedicated experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) workflows (Strictly Required).
Analytics & Dashboard Reporting: Proven hands-on experience developing enterprise reports and data models using OBIEE and Power BI (Strictly Required).
Siebel IP18 & Open UI: 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+, including Open UI architecture (Presentation Model, Physical Renderer, Manifest mappings), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
