Responsibilities
Contact Center System Support: Isolate, triage, and resolve technical issues tied to integrated cloud contact center solutions, focusing heavily on core cloud platform services and unified agent communication desktops.
Systems Administration & Operations: Manage day-to-day computer systems operations, including setting up secure user access, defining user profiles, configuring system permissions, and executing backup and disaster recovery protocols.
Software Maintenance & Lifecycle Support: Perform systemic software upgrades, apply security patches, and handle requested environmental changes to ensure long-term stability and compliance.
Resource Performance Optimization: Monitor computer workload trends, analyze system utilization metrics, and make proactive configuration and performance adjustments to ensure optimum hardware and cloud resource utilization.
Network & Infrastructure Coordination: Upkeep, configure, install, and support network environments while coordinating integrations across distributed mid-tier applications, gateways, and communication protocols.
Technical Interface & Liaison: Provide a professional technical customer interface for stakeholders and parallel engineering teams, clarifying technical issues and verifying successful operational changes.
Agile Operational Alignment: Track, log, and resolve infrastructure tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining detailed system documentation and operational runbooks.
Qualifications
Core Systems Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive professional experience in systems administration, network configuration, and technical operations support.
Contact Center Platform Expertise: Direct experience troubleshooting and solving technical issues within contact center environments, specifically utilizing Amazon Connect platforms and contact center desktop interfaces (such as ComputerTalk Icebar applications).
System Triage & Problem Solving: Proven ability to investigate, identify, and provide clean technical solutions to complex application development and infrastructure bugs.
Patching & Maintenance Acumen: Demonstrated experience executing software upgrades, deploying security patches, and validating configurations across distributed environments.
System Telemetry & Optimization: Competency tracking computing workloads, evaluating resource utilization trends, and adjusting infrastructure settings to guarantee optimum efficiency.
Technical Breadth: Practical familiarity with modern operating systems, hardware platforms, communication protocols, middleware, and backend gateways.
Adaptability & Environment Learning: Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire deep technical knowledge of new program areas, complex IT systems, and evolving cloud applications.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively as a team player to meet critical operational deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) platforms, such as NICE systems.
Knowledge of structured IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and information governance policies.
