Responsibilities
• Extract and analyze user telephony configurations from legacy PBX platforms.
• Map user profiles, DIDs, line appearances, and voicemail settings for migration.
• Configure call flows, hunt groups, call queues, and routing policies in Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Translate legacy voice settings into modern cloud-based PBX architecture.
• Execute bulk user migrations and perform system validation testing.
• Provide ongoing technical support and post-cutover issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure accurate voice profile mapping.
Qualifications
• Minimum three years of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist, Engineer, or Systems Analyst.
• Minimum three years of experience working with large telecommunications systems, including hardware, software, and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience with legacy and modern wireline technologies including Nortel, Avaya, or Microsoft platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to Unified Communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams Phone, Avaya, or Polycom.
• Strong communication skills with experience supporting large-scale enterprise project implementations and documentation.
