Responsibilities
1. IT Financial Management & Governance
Support core IT financial management processes, including granular spend tracking, governance reporting, and structured operational reviews. Maintain, oversee, and administer standard IT spend approval processes and associated governance workflows. Support ongoing optimization and improvements to ITFM and vendor governance processes, software tools, and reporting models. Assist with functional financial reporting, multi-source data validation, and governance activities to maximize information quality and decision support.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance tailored Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions. Support executive and management reporting tracks through data analysis, visualization updates, and dashboard interface maintenance. Perform ongoing data validation, system reconciliation, data cleanup, and continuous improvement activities to maximize overall reporting accuracy. Respond promptly to ad hoc technical reporting and analysis requests coming from leadership and business stakeholders.
3. Vendor & Third-Party Management Support
Support the tracking and reporting of third-party supplier spend, contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and software subscription services. Maintain central governance trackers and reporting artifacts that support vendor management processes. Partner closely with SCM, Finance, and IS stakeholders to ensure all reporting and governance requirements are completely met.
4. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Support strategic automation initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform, including the deployment of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Assist with the development and technical maintenance of workflow automation configurations supporting governance and compliance processes. Proactively identify business opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
5. SharePoint & Knowledge Management
Maintain enterprise SharePoint repositories, governance documentation, tracking lists, and knowledge management content portfolios. Ensure corporate governance artifacts remain current, organized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. Support data migration and system maintenance activities for governance-related SharePoint sites and repositories. 6. Operational AdministrationSupport operational access governance processes and standard approval workflows. Assist with maintaining structural role ownership, approval coverage mapping, and operational process continuity. Participate actively in knowledge transfer activities and documentation updates to support long-term operational sustainability.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience supporting IT operations, governance, reporting, financial management, or business analysis functions.
Business Intelligence: Hands-on experience working with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development. Data Management: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
Content Management: Experience with SharePoint administration and document management. Core Analytics: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and reporting skills. Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement talents.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Direct experience supporting IT Financial Management (ITFM), vendor management, or procurement-related processes. Practical development experience with Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
