Responsibilities
User-Centered Interface Design: Design the overall functionality, visual layout, and interface architecture of digital products to establish an intuitive and emotionally engaging user experience.
Rapid Prototyping & Wireframing: Conceive, sketch, and deliver key design artifacts—including detailed sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and clickable prototypes optimized for diverse screen sizes.
User Research & Data Synthesis: Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and surveys to identify design friction points and gather feedback for refining existing interfaces.
AI-Powered UX Lifecycle Integration: Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate the UX lifecycle by generating initial UI design concepts, automating wireframe creation, parsing behavioral patterns, and synthesizing qualitative research insights.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Lead structured usability testing tracks and rapidly iterate design configurations based on empirical user feedback and data-driven outcomes.
Accessibility-First Engineering: Architect online services to be accessible by default, ensuring all interaction paradigms, font scales, and user journeys are fully compliant with digital inclusion standards.
Stakeholder Facilitation & Alignment: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients to translate product visions into elegant design solutions while balancing technical platform constraints.
Qualifications
Core UX Seniority: 3 to 5+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a UX, UI, or Interaction Designer, with a proven track record of shipping complex web and mobile digital services.
Design & Prototyping Mastery: Expert, hands-on proficiency utilizing Figma and Axure to construct responsive layouts, shared component libraries, and sophisticated clickable prototypes.
Information Architecture Acumen: Deep knowledge of interaction design principles, user-centered design processes, and behavioral heuristics.
User Research Toolkit: Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and analyzing user research, field interviews, and structured usability testing frameworks.
Accessible Design Focus: Strong practical experience designing digital interfaces to be accessible by default, featuring strict alignment with global web accessibility and inclusivity standards.
AI Tooling Literacy: Practical experience leveraging AI-powered utilities to support UI/UX activities, generate wireframes, analyze user behavior, or synthesize research documentation.
Collaborative Capabilities: Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills, with a verified ability to navigate engineering constraints and meet tight project milestones.
