Responsibilities
Training period: Prepare orders, receive, and ship goods in the warehouse to thoroughly learn the product line.
Greet and provide excellent service to contractors who come directly to the parts counter.
Respond to inquiries, generate quotes, and provide tier-1 technical support.
Process customer orders from A to Z (price validation, product substitution management, etc.).
Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing clientele by offering high-value-added solutions.
Provide logistical and sales support to the outside sales team.
Qualifications
Impeccable mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
Excellent physical condition and manual labor skills (handling loads in the warehouse)
A minimum of concrete experience in customer service
Proactive, flexible, hardworking, and action-oriented attitude
Strong work ethic and a proven ability to collaborate within a team
A completed High School Diploma is required
Knowledge of or experience in the plumbing or building sector is an asset
