Responsibilities
Provide level 1-2 operational technical support to internal users and perform workstation deployment and management.
Manage VoIP telephony and basic support for the internal ERP system.
Track and inventory end-user technology equipment.
Collaborate on system merging, API management, and propose automation ideas to streamline business processes. Take the lead on internal documentation and the implementation of IT best practices.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a level 1-2 system support or administration role.
DEC or AEC in computer science.
Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive. You enjoy taking the lead in an agile environment.
A curiosity or interest in some development work (systems/API integration and AI).
