Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and Operational stakeholders to identify and define business requirements for our Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll system.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases, ensuring clear communication between business users and the development team.
2. System Implementation and Integration:
- Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to design and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with business requirements.
- Provide support during system deployment and post-implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Analyze HR and Payroll data to generate valuable insights and identify trends, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and Payroll reporting needs and regulatory compliance.
4. Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining within HR and Payroll functions.

5. Compliance and Security:

Qualifications
