Responsibilities
• Refine and operationalize the enterprise AI governance framework and decision making bodies
• Define clear governance structures including decision rights, RACI models, and escalation paths
• Implement structured processes for AI intake, risk classification, and tiered reviews
• Integrate privacy, legal, ethical, and human rights considerations throughout the technology lifecycle
• Direct cross functional program execution involving IT, corporate partners, and external stakeholders
• Design frameworks for AI transparency, reporting, auditability, and independent oversight
• Establish scalable operating processes to support ongoing enterprise adoption and improvement
Qualifications
• Ten years of IT project management experience following recognized PMBOK practices
• Four years acting in an IT program management capacity within a complex organization impacting multiple departments
• Five years guiding large technology initiatives focused on enterprise data or artificial intelligence governance
• Strong understanding of generative AI risks, lifecycle management, and mitigation approaches
• Proven background in designing risk based regulatory and compliance frameworks with clear accountability
