Strategic M&A IT Integration Roadmap
Lead the end-to-end IT integration strategy for six newly acquired entities, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with the parent company's digital standards.
Asset & License Inventory Audit
Conduct a comprehensive audit of all active software licenses and hardware assets across the acquired businesses to identify redundancies and compliance gaps.
ERP Implementation (HR & Finance)
Define and manage the master timeline for the rollout of the ERP system, focusing specifically on the synchronization of Human Resources and Finance modules.
Legacy System Interoperability
Architect and supervise the creation of communication bridges/interfaces between various legacy software and the central ERP to ensure data integrity and flow.
Vendor & Contract Consolidation
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to consolidate service contracts and optimize software spend across the newly unified organization.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership in France and local business unit managers, facilitating change management and user adoption.
Risk Mitigation & Post-Close Stabilization
Perform continuous risk assessments to prevent operational downtime during the integration phases and ensure 24/7 business continuity for the wholesaler network.
Qualifications
Qualifications Here are the qualifications required for this IT Project Manager at this HVAC leader in Montreal;
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Proven track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
Extensive experience with ERP rollouts, particularly involving HR and Finance modules.
Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure, Software Asset Management (SAM), and systems integration.
Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and French (mandatory for international coordination).
Previous experience in the Manufacturing, Wholesale, or HVAC industry is a significant asset.
