Responsibilities

Solid experience in IT project management;
Experience with a structured methodology (PMI/PMP);
Ability to create and track detailed project plans;
Experience in an ERP environment, ideally SAP and/or Dynamics 365;

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, structure, and deliver a large-scale IT project using an approach aligned with PMI/PMP best practices, ensuring rigorous monitoring of scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and expected benefits.
Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—by creating detailed project plans that are kept up-to-date and rigorously tracked throughout execution.
Adapt the delivery approach to the specific context (predictive, Agile, or hybrid) while maintaining governance, documentation, and execution controls that comply with PMI/PMP principles.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and project progress.
Ensure clear and effective governance, including status updates, decisions, variance management, action plans, performance indicators, control mechanisms, and stakeholder reporting.
Contribute to change management, communication, training, and transition activities involving business and IT teams.
Facilitate analysis workshops as needed to clarify requirements, processes, impacts, and necessary decisions.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within a medium- to large-scale ERP context.
• Demonstrated experience with a structured project management methodology (e.g., PMI/PMP), covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects using predictive, agile, or hybrid approaches—depending on the context and team maturity—while maintaining disciplined planning, monitoring, and control practices.
• Rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented profile, with a strong ability to develop comprehensive project plans; track commitments, deliverables, decisions, and variances; and implement necessary adjustments.
• Influential leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams within a matrix environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, or change management considered an asset.
• Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
