Responsibilities
The Complexity Master: Take charge on the shop floor by spearheading the precise assembly of highly intricate jacketed elbows, crosses, and tees.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:
-Thoroughly decode and navigate highly detailed piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) alongside comprehensive General Arrangement (GA) blueprints.
- Take full ownership of the final product's structural integrity, ensuring flawless internal core alignments and precise thermal spacing.
- Act as our designated Testing Lead, safely conducting and validating rigorous pneumatic and high-pressure hydrostatic checks to guarantee absolute zero-leak performance.
Qualifications
The "First-Time Right" Specialist: We are searching for a top-tier craftsman with a profound, specialized mastery of critical sealing faces, intricate torquing procedures, and diverse flange bolting configurations.
Experience Over Titles: While possessing an official journeyman Pipefitter certification is strictly a bonus and not required, having direct, on-the-job experience building and assembling dual-containment jacketed piping is an absolute must.
Built for the Challenge: You will need the sheer grit, mental toughness, and physical endurance necessary to consistently excel within a fast-paced, high-capacity manufacturing environment focused on heavy-duty, thick-wall materials.
