Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in coordinating daily deployment activities, site schedules, and project execution milestones.
Coordinate site surveys, hardware relocations, and network installation activities with telecommunications providers and field technicians.
Liaise directly with vendor technicians to confirm installation dates, align field technician schedules, and facilitate on-site access.
Maintain and update master project tracking documentation, circuit inventory details, and change management records.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track rollout progress, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
Identify, track, and troubleshoot site-specific connectivity and deployment issues, engaging appropriate technical teams and vendors for rapid resolution.
Serve as a primary communications bridge between project leadership, internal technical leads, and external service providers.
Support additional technology planning initiatives and operational workflows across the project portfolio as needed.
Qualifications
Networking Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical, hands-on experience working with network infrastructure environments (Strictly Required).
Vendor Coordination & Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven experience engaging technical SMEs and telecommunications providers (such as Bell and Rogers) (Strictly Required).
Project Coordination & Record Management: Strong experience managing project records, tracking operational issues, and handling change management or ticket requests (Strictly Required).
Microsoft Suite & Power BI Expertise: 3 to 5 years of intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications and building Power BI dashboards (Strictly Required).
Field Technician Alignment: Practical experience coordinating site schedules, logistics, and deployment dependencies with field technicians.
