Serve as an escalation point for complex and non-routine digital issues by providing expert-level support and solutions.
Manage and maintain local website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strict alignment with corporate standards.
Maintain social media content and campaigns to enhance overall visibility and engagement.
Plan, host, and facilitate webinars and digital training sessions for internal teams and external customers.
Develop and deliver training materials and resources to increase the adoption and effective use of digital products.
Track, analyze, and report on digital key performance indicators to measure performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and technology teams to align digital initiatives with overarching business goals.
Stay current on emerging digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance product promotion and user experience.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills with complete fluency in both English and French.
High comfort level hosting webinars and conducting in-person training sessions.
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset supported by concrete experience in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
Proficiency in web content management systems, webinar platforms, and common digital collaboration tools.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
