Advantages
- Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm Permanent Position
- One Hour Lunch
- 50-55k depending on experience

-3 weeks vacation
-5 personal days
-Group Events, Christmas pot luck, ect
Responsibilities
• Select the transporter when requested
• Complete customs documents
• Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve problems and clear shipments
• Where required, provide documents for customs clearance and follow-up to resolve any delays on the movement of goods
• In coordination with the customs broker, ensure that custom codes are correctly applied
• Use supplier portals to manage any issues with damaged goods and prepare claims
• Support the accounting department with the management of the CARM program for cross border shipments.
• Make sure that charges are appropriate for the service and shipment size.
Qualifications
- Strong English with a proficient French
- Handling Ground transport from and to the USA
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics
- Sufficiently computer literate to make enquires for information in the ERP to then perform analysis
