Responsibilities
- Customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assisting with process documents and information through the established export system.
- Processing of shipments via air, vessel and truck carriers and interacting with any government agency associated with the import or export.
- Perform all functions within defined time frames for processing the delivery of cargo, and invoicing the client.
- Assist with replies to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing clients of the status of their shipments, answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the appropriate staff member.
- Adhere to all international shipping regulations.
- Obtain and Maintain Regulatory Training requirements in IATA DG / IMO DG / ITAR / BIS / ERAP / CIFFA CERTIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Graduate DEC Transport & Logistics or other related programs
- Highschool or College degree
- Advanced computer skills, ability to learn software's fast
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in English and French
- A positive team spirit, a true team player
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and hard working
