Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy: Define product vision and position, ensuring all feature roadmaps align directly with overall business strategy and growth goals.
Requirements Translation: Translate high-level business goals into detailed product strategy, actionable user stories, high-level requirements, and prototypes.
Roadmap & Lifecycle Execution: Own, prioritize, and execute product backlogs and release roadmaps, balancing feature requests against business impact and resource capacity.
Client & Engineering Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and development teams, representing the voice of the customer and guiding engineering squads during Agile ceremonies.
Market & Customer Insights: Analyze user experience, gather customer feedback, conduct gap analyses, and synthesize data to generate innovative ideas that improve user satisfaction.
Product Evangelism & Collateral: Serve as a product evangelist, creating briefing materials, providing strategic insights to stakeholders, and supporting product launches.
Scope & Feature Prioritization: Scope, manage, and prioritize product updates, tracking customer issues and feature enhancements through resolution.
Qualifications
Product Management Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in product management, driving feature planning and product execution (Strictly Required).
Data & AI Domain Depth: Hands-on professional background or direct exposure working within the Data & AI domain (Strictly Required).
Dual Project Management Competency: Proven experience applying both Agile and traditional project management methodologies in dynamic environments (Strictly Required).
Client & Development Liaison: Demonstrated experience acting as the primary liaison between business clients and software development squads (Strictly Required).
Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Track record of translating business strategy into high-level requirements, prototypes, and actionable product roadmaps (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience working with large-scale distributed systems involving complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Relevant post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
