Responsibilities
-Manage the receipt of invoices
-Code the invoices
-Answer supplier inquiries
-Enter all information with accuracy into the accounting system
-Data entry
-Printing the checks – payment of all invoices
-Provide analytical support to the finance team
-Help in month-end and year end processes
-Filing, and all other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a related field or relevant experience
- DEP, DEC, or BAC
- Ability to communicate in English and French (both at least 7/10)
- Looking for a dynamic team player!
- Ability to work both independently and in a team (work from home and in office)
- Looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to learn about the construction industry!
