Responsibilities
Site Onboarding Coordination: Direct the day-to-day onboarding and deployment tracks for clinical facilities, pharmacies, and healthcare centers integrating with the centralized health data repository.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Track, monitor, and resolve deployment issues, operational risks, and system service change requests to guarantee on-time implementation windows.
Document Management Governance: Establish and maintain robust document repository structures, strictly enforcing version control protocols, records classification, and file lifecycle standards.
Stakeholder Lifecycle Communications: Author, coordinate, and distribute critical project communications, briefing packages, and project update logs across internal deployment squads and external medical stakeholders.
Cross-Project Coordination: Leverage project management tools to build out baseline deployment timelines, track dependency statuses, and maintain milestone schedules for multiple parallel integration tracks.
Quality Assurance Support: Verify that all deployment activities conform to established technical readiness checklists, data storage rules, and data governance practices.
Qualifications
Digital Health Seniority: Minimum of 4 years of progressive project management and operational support experience embedded within electronic health-related (eHealth) delivery projects.
Domain Ecosystem Literacy: 2 to 4 years of working knowledge or direct experience handling healthcare information networks, pharmacy management systems, or hospital information systems.
Document Control Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience orchestrating rigorous document management platforms, featuring deep compliance with version-control, metadata labeling, and secure storage rules.
Communication & Engagement Skills: Minimum of 2 years of proven success managing structured project communications, displaying excellent written and verbal skills alongside top-tier stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Methodological Acumen: Practical grounding in Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) concepts, including active scope gating, risk analysis, project goal setting, and milestone scheduling.
Technical Tooling Competency: Proficiency using mainstream collaboration and project tracking software frameworks (e.g., MS Project, MS Teams, Excel) to maintain task backlogs.
Time Management Capacity: Excellent organizational skills with a verified capacity to prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines across multiple workstreams.
Education: College or University undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or an approved equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
