Instructional Design & Content Creation: Design a broad range of training solutions utilizing diverse approaches to suit multiple adult learning styles. Author content using Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline.
French Quality Assurance & Review: Audit, proofread, and refine French-language learning modules to ensure they meet exact quality, grammatical, and branding standards, ensuring audio narration sounds natural.
Consulting & Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gather data to identify performance gaps. Partner with internal advisors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define measurable learning objectives.
Advisory & Prototyping: Present detailed design plans, instructional strategies, and research results to stakeholders. Build functional prototypes and wireframes where applicable.
Project Delivery & Implementation: Successfully manage and deliver high-quality learning solutions within agreed parameters and tight timelines. Monitor implementation results and apply iterations based on user feedback.

Language Fluency: Native or highly fluent bilingualism in French and English (both written and verbal) is strictly required. (Note: A written and verbal French assessment is part of the interview process).
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive instructional design and content creation experience for adult learners.
Technical Toolset (Must-Haves): Advanced proficiency with the Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, and Workday LMS.
Educational Credentials: Post-secondary degree or formal certification in Adult Education or Instructional Design is required.
Design Expertise: Demonstrated capability in running training needs analyses, storyboarding, and building blended learning paths (digital, virtual, and synchronous).
Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, or structured project management methodologies.
Soft Skills: Highly collaborative nature, comfortable presenting in cross-functional meetings, and highly receptive to iterative team feedback.
