Responsibilities
•Applies recognized instructional design methodologies for adult learning.
•Conducts needs assessments, identifying specific performance gaps and knowledge gaps.
•Write effective learning objectives.
•Develops training material in support of multiple learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).
•Reflects the needs of international facilitators and learners when necessary.
•Exhibits sensitivity to cultural diversity in all content, simulations and activities.
•Follows department standards and templates specific to instructional strategies and delivery methods.
•Creates high-impact, real-world case studies, simulations and exercises.
•Works with subject matter experts to obtain content and to develop relevant case studies and exercises.
•Facilitates meetings to gather information required for development.
•Sets expectations with clients and provides clear, succinct updates.
•Develops training evaluation tools to measure results in terms of Kirkpatrick Levels 1 to 3.
•General understanding of LMS systems.
•Able to analyze evaluation results and reports.
•Experience with creating formative and summative assessments.
•Evaluates success of the program based on client needs and learning objectives.
•Creates training delivery plans. Manages details of the task/project through the use of basic project management skills.
Qualifications
•Possesses a minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing training courses and content.
•Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change.
•Function well in an ambiguous environment.
•Work collaboratively as well as independently.
•Work in a cross-functional, team environment.
•Work under general supervision.
•Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects; meet deadlines.
•Provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proactively share progress, risks, and recommendations while seeking guidance / direction / approval as necessary.
•Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with G-Suite Tools, Articulate Storyline
