Work Schedule: 33.75 hours/week
Starting with three (3) weeks of vacation;

Responsibilities
As part of a team of three lawyers, your main responsibilities will be:
Prepare, review, and format various documents (correspondence, opinions, legal proceedings, contracts, and other legal documents) in accordance with legal standards and grammatical usage;
Prepare books of procedures, exhibits, and authorities (case law);
Manage and organize client files, both physical and electronic;
Handle telephone calls and follow up with internal and external stakeholders;
Record time and prepare billing;
Implement notifications, send correspondence, documents, and procedures by bailiff;
Calculate legal deadlines and ensure deadline management;
Ensure the proper management of your lawyers' schedules;
Complete various forms (file opening, etc.);
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience;
Diploma or certificate in legal secretarial work (asset);
Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (assistants are required to support lawyers whose clients may be unilingual English speakers);
Proficiency in Word and Outlook software;
High degree of autonomy and flexibility;
Attention to detail and rigor in their work;
Initiative and adaptability.
