Responsibilities
Manage Documents: Prepare, format, and edit legal correspondence, briefs, and pleadings.
Keep Files Organized: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital filing systems, ensuring everything is easy to find.
Coordinate Schedules: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep track of important legal deadlines .
Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, answer phone calls, and assist with general office tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
Qualifications
Experienced: You have previous experience working as a legal assistant or clerk (legal administrative training is a huge asset).
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard legal software.
Sharp Eye for Detail: You catch typos easily and take pride in accurate, high-quality work.
Great Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable: You handle tight timelines with ease and can pivot quickly as priorities change.
