Responsibilities
- Order creation in our system
- Follow up on the various incoming emails from our clients
- Order update
- Working in synergy with the distribution team and the department head
- Working closely with the billing team
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of various transportation softwares
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset)
- Strong customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
