Advantages
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week, flexible hours
- Salary varies from 40-45k depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Allocate pick-ups and deliveries to different drivers
- Daily follow-up of all open files (reservations, customer follow-up requests, etc.)
- Update customer files in the system
- Prepare and ensure accuracy for shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, manifests)
- Respond to customers emails and phone calls regarding their requests
- Monitor shipments
- Coordinate with other departments as needed

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of AS400, Loadlink or TruckMate is an asset
- Customer service-oriented and outgoing
- Organized and reliable
