Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who embraces challenges and loves collaboration. In this role, you will manage the entire import shipment process from A-Z—from foreign facilities all the way to the final client in the USA and Canada. Working alongside the Logistics Manager, you will also lead initiatives to elevate service levels for both new and existing accounts.

Salary: 55k-60k

Responsibilities
As our A-Z Coordinator, you will handle worldwide import operations into the US and Canada, with duties including:
Shipment Management: Schedule and oversee air and ocean import shipments (including reefers) from overseas into North America.
Compliance & Customs: Manage customs and FDA releases; collect, generate, and file all necessary shipment documentation based on regulatory requirements.
Supply Chain Communication: Confirm and communicate deliveries with all stakeholders throughout the supply chain; work closely with internal Sales, Purchasing, and Financial departments.
Problem Solving & Negotiation: Partner and problem-solve with processors, ocean carriers, forwarders, warehouses, truckers, and clients. Negotiate freight rates for select shipping lanes.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with overseas imports into North America.
Solid understanding of air/ocean import/export processes, reefer containers, and shipping/incoterms.
Hands-on experience dealing with customs brokers and regulatory frameworks (FDA, customs clearance).
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Background in International Business is highly valued.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required, as you will interact daily with English-speaking internal and external clients/partners outside of Quebec, in the States and Asia
French and any additional languages are considered strong assets.

Exceptional communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
A confident, assertive personality with proven problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while being a stellar team player.
