Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about shipment documents
- Assist in processing orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with logistics teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documents
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses in the CRM/Salesforce database
Qualifications
- Based in or around Montreal
- Experience with imports is required, preferably from a Freight Forwarder or Shipping line experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
