Responsibilities
-Assist the account manager with business operational support
-Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
-Act as a point of contact between customers, carriers, sales and internal teams
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalations professionally
-Prepare, review and manage shipping documentation
-Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
-Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
Qualifications
-Bilingual English and French required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics
-Ability to manage tracks across North America, including cross-border Canada/US
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong problem solving skills
