You will be a technical leader within a team focused on end-user solutions and AI development. Responsibilities
Lead the administration and modernization of SharePoint Online, including implementing Advanced Management features and migrating from legacy platforms.
Implement and manage data governance solutions using Microsoft Purview, including data retention policies, sensitivity labels, and classification.
Design and deploy automation solutions using Azure services like Logic Apps and Hybrid Workers.
Develop and support custom solutions on the PowerPlatform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and SharePoint (SPFx).
Maintain DevOps pipelines and develop automation scripts for provisioning and testing across the M365 ecosystem.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in an enterprise environment.
Deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online (including Advanced Management), Microsoft Purview, the PowerPlatform, and Azure integration.
Proven experience with SPFx development and scripting for automation.
Hands-on experience implementing data retention, classification, and sensitivity labels.
Familiarity with maintaining CI/CD pipelines for M365 and Azure-based deployments.
Full professional proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
