Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Efficiently set up, operate, and monitor high-speed automated production machinery.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual inspections of components and finished products to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues and perform prompt adjustments to minimize equipment downtime.
Workplace Health & Safety: Strictly adhere to OHSA regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and material handling teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: Background operating equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning skills and comfort working with automated machinery and basic hand tools.
Dependability: Demonstrated track record of punctuality, reliable attendance, and strong accountability.
Safety Commitment: A proactive approach to upholding safety standards for yourself and your team.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt swiftly to changing production priorities in a high-volume facility.
