Qualifications
Manufacturing Background: You have hands-on experience running machinery in a fast-paced production setting (experience is great, but a drive to learn wins!).
Tech-Savvy & Handy: You are completely comfortable working around high-speed industrial equipment and using standard hand tools.
Rock-Solid Reliability: You have a proven track record of showing up on time, every day—your team can count on you.
