Responsibilities
- Calibrate, configure, and operate automated manufacturing equipment to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct precise dimensional measurements and visual quality checks on finished products to ensure strict quality standards.
- Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting, make real-time line adjustments, and actively minimize operational downtime.
- Champion workplace safety standards in compliance with OHSA guidelines to maintain an organized, hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate closely with material handling and warehouse personnel to support smooth, continuous production flow.
Qualifications
- Industrial Experience: Prior hands-on background operating machinery within a manufacturing, packaging, or assembly environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using standard hand tools to perform equipment setups, adjustments, and basic maintenance.
- Dependability: Strong track record of punctual attendance, accountability, and strong workplace commitment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move comfortably throughout a fast-paced industrial facility.
