Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and monitor automated manufacturing machinery to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring tools and visual inspections.
- Identify minor equipment issues and perform light mechanical adjustments to prevent downtime.
- Follow OHSA guidelines, keeping workstations clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with production team members to maintain optimal workflow across the plant.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous work history in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility settings.
- Mechanical Skill: Comfortable operating machinery and utilizing basic hand tools.
- Reliability: Proven record of consistent attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Safety First: Committed to maintaining a safe work culture for all team members.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks and stay active throughout your shift.
