Responsibilities
- Prepare, operate, and track high-speed automated equipment to maintain steady production rates.
- Perform continuous quality checks and accurate measurements to meet product standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to avoid unnecessary production line downtime.
- Follow all health and safety regulations (OHSA) while keeping your work area orderly.
- Partner with shift leads, material handlers, and plant personnel to hit daily output goals.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience: Background in a fast-moving manufacturing or plant environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use standard hand tools and interface with digital control panels.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record and strong commitment to team accountability.
- Safety Focus: Dedication to promoting a safe, hazard-free workplace.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable working on your feet in an active, dynamic production space.
