Responsibilities
Wire Machine Operation (Artos)
Set up, operate, and monitor automated machines for wire cutting and terminal crimping.
Identify non-conformities and apply immediate corrective actions.
Industrial Painting
Prepare the booth and spray gun according to procedures and client requirements.
Prepare part surfaces and apply paint according to established standards.
Adjust, clean, and maintain painting equipment and the workspace.
Assembly
Interpret assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
Perform required wiring, soldering, and component placement.
Detect non-conformities regarding polarity, orientation, and soldering quality.
Conduct functional tests on mini-inverters.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma (DES).
Technical Assets: Vocational certificate (AEP) in industrial painting or electronics (strong assets).
Experience: * 1 to 2 years in spray painting (asset).
1 to 4 years in circuit board soldering, electricity, or wiring.
Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, part lists, and work orders.
IT Knowledge: Basic computer skills (knowledge of the AS/400 system is a plus).
Physical Ability: Good manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player.
Summary
Schedule: Mon-Thu (7:00 AM - 3:45 PM) Fri (7:00 AM - 2:15 PM).
