Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a Machinist/Programmer - Oakville:
- Interpreting precise measuring instruments (radius gages, vernier, height stand) to check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications
- Set-up machines based on job requirements, using fixtures, backstop adjustments, ram adjustments etc.
- Make adjustments to programs and tooling to produce quality product
- Load/unload tooling and set-up equipment
Qualifications
What do YOU bring to the role of Machinist/Programmer - Oakville?
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with forklift, jib/overhead cranes is an asset
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position including
regular lifting and carrying of 5-23 kgs.
