Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Salary: $18.88/Hour
Duration: 2 weeks contract (Possibility of Extension)
Advantages

- Regular weekday schedule- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including purolator, FedEx and postal services.
Receive, sort and process mail documents, packages, and supplies.
Notify recipients.
Record & process accountable mail information, maintain logs.
Arrange alternative courier or shipping services to meet customer requirements.
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Perform electronic mail distribution (open, mail prep, scan and distribute).
Follow mailroom security procedures.
Qualifications
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
SKILLS: Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Able to read, write and follow English and French instructions.
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision. EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment. Experience in a client-facing environment.
