Responsibilities
- Responsible for project and team leadership for a complex Data Conversion project from Banner to Workday
- Develops plans and procedures for Information Technology projects
- Oversees the development teams in the evaluation, planning, development, implementation, maintenance of information technology systems
- Responsible for the management of human resources
Qualifications
- Experience with the Banner Database
- Experience leading small teams ideally in a Unionized environment
- Technical project leadership
- Experience implementing and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Student Information System, solutions such as Workday or Banner in higher education.
- Experience with database platforms, such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
