Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a technical team of 3 specializing in Security, Workplace, and Telecom.
Security & Infrastructure: Own the cybersecurity roadmap (CrowdStrike, Entra ID, patching) and oversee WAN/LAN across 40+ sites.
Cloud Architecture: Direct the deprecation of legacy frameworks in favor of secure, scalable cloud-hosted solutions.
Vendor & Escalation Governance: Manage third-party vendors, hardware lifecycles, and act as the ultimate L3 incident escalation point.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience in a healthcare/hospital network; past success leading teams.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in M365, Entra ID, Intune, CrowdStrike, Veeam, and Cisco Meraki networking.
Logistics & Compliance: Valid Ontario driver’s license/vehicle for occasional site travel; clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
Assets: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or M365 Expert certifications; ITIL framework or EHR backend knowledge (e.g., AlayaCare).
