Position: Manager, PayPlan Operational Support
Competitive Salary

Hybrid –work from the office 4 days a week, 1 day WFH
12 month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)

Responsibilities
This role will include multiple operational support items but no two days will look the same. The primary focus on the role will be on:
•Supplier Management: Execute routine supplier-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned
•Production Support: Manage and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing by severity and business impact
•COB Controls: Monitor and maintain COB control procedures and compliance requirements
•Exception File Review: Identify, assess, and triage exception files; escalate issues as needed
•VC GL Reconciliation: Perform general ledger reconciliation activities for virtual card accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
•VC Operations: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks for virtual card management
•UAT Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing for new merchant onboarding functionality; document findings and defects
Qualifications
Must-have:
-Operations experience
-Experience handling customer issues/complaints
Nice-to-have:
-Financial services experience
-FinTech experience
-UAT testing experience
Languages:
English – fully proficient
Nice to have – French
