Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (with 4 coming at some unknown point in the future).

Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and working cross- functionally across teams to collect, analyze and prepare data for strategic climate metrics
- Lead quarterly internal reporting on climate, including product roadmap/vision, stakeholder engagement, narrative development, project management, and controls/review
- Prepare and summarize quarterly dashboards, PowerPoint presentations and briefings that communicate actionable insights for senior leader, executive and Board review and decision making
- Own and manage methodologies and related process documentation for measurement of key climate metrics, including the Energy Supply Ratio and
company's Low-Carbon and Renewables lending commitments, and identify and drive synergies in measurement and data sourcing across metrics
- Create, maintain and manage detailed project plans, and oversee delivery against tight timelines
- Work directly with business stakeholders to enable granular measurement of sectoral and line-of- business performance progress
- Lead and support with ad-hoc climate- and/or data- related strategy projects
Qualifications
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- 6+ years of professional work experience in management consulting, financial services, sustainability/cleantech or an entrepreneurial environment, or other comparable experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail, proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of a large organization with impact and influence
- Experience and comfort working with large datasets in Excel, and interacting with technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities under tight timelines, ideally through relevant work experience in project management
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or other relevant discipline
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- Proven working experience as a project manager, ideally in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of emerging climate technologies and/or relevant climate methodologies and concepts such as sustainable finance and financed emissions
- Passion and interest in driving environmental change
- Skills and experience building executive-facing dashboards using data analytics or AI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Soft Skills:
Good collaborative and communication skills to work cross functionally to collect data.
