Responsibilities
Program Promotion: Lead efforts to increase participation in specialized energy programs, focusing on efficiency, dual-energy, and renewable resources.
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate brand awareness strategies and creative marketing campaigns.
Community Relations: Act as a liaison for project teams, supporting interactions with elected officials, citizens, and subject matter experts to build strong community ties.
Sponsorship & Activation: Manage the corporate sponsorship strategy, including executing brand activations that resonate with target audiences.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign data to measure performance, derive insights, and optimize future strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role.
Language Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal mastery of French is essential.
Bilingualism: High proficiency in English (oral and written) is required to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders and colleagues.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into strategic actions.
Interpersonal Skills: A natural collaborator with excellent networking abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and daily tasks with high autonomy.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office Suite. Experience in web marketing, digital strategy, or content creation is considered a strong asset.
