Responsibilities
Redesign and implement an enhanced budgeting process for marketing expenditures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Automate Provincial and Channel P&L processes to streamline reporting and support strategic decision-making.
Manage records of marketing spend and KPIs (e.g., dollars spent, impressions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations by analyzing data to support sustainable growth and capital efficiency.
Lead internal projects focused on marketing spend effectiveness (e.g., post-investment reviews) to optimize results.
Act as a cross-functional business partner, working closely with teams in category management, consumer experience, insights and forecasting, commercial marketing, and digital business services to enable data-driven marketing spend optimization.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in business or commercial analytics, financial planning, or a related field. Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is a strong asset.
Strong financial acumen and ability to link financial data to broader business strategy.
Experience managing and analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable business recommendations.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple departments and functions.
Bachelor's degree required (accounting or finance background preferred); Master’s degree in business or related field is an asset.
