As the Marketing Project Manager, you'll be the central operational hub for all cross-functional coordination. You will work across brand, creative, media, PR, social, and experiential teams to manage the end-to-end campaign process, from initial briefing to final delivery. A key function of this role is also to manage the marketing budget process for paid media, creative, and digital, which includes spend tracking, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. Please note this is not a creative Project Manager role.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Workflow Management: Lead the end-to-end process for marketing campaigns, building and maintaining clear processes and timelines for all Integrated Agency Team (IAT) partners to ensure seamless execution.
Operational & Collaboration Hub: Act as the operational lead, developing workbacks, managing cross-functional workflows across Canadian and U.S. markets, and facilitating structured weekly inter-agency meetings.
Financial & Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget process for paid media, creative, and digital, including spend tracking, invoice management, reconciliation, and reporting.
Accountability & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and remove blockers, holding teams accountable to timelines and deliverables in a solutions-focused manner, while also navigating ambiguity to provide clarity.
Process Improvement & Documentation: Serve as the central hub for communication, consolidating feedback and managing documentation, while continuously leading retrospectives and implementing optimizations to enhance IAT efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, specifically in marketing or agency environments, with a preference for CPG industry background.
Proven ability to build robust processes and drive clarity across complex, cross-functional projects.
Advanced proficiency in key project management and collaboration tools.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing budget invoices and reconciliation processes.
Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills with the presence and confidence to engage diverse teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to tailor style for different audiences.
Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver projects on budgets.
