Office in East Montreal, accessible by public transport, near the Radisson metro station.
Salary between $24 and $28 per hour.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (35 hours per week).
Temporary contract with possibility of permanence.
On-site parking.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Advertising Management:
Prepare annual calendars for radio, newspaper, and social media campaigns.
Manage messages on electronic billboards and posters.
Update the company's website.
Event Coordination:
Plan and organize seasonal promotional events, contests, and special events (e.g., the arrival of Santa Claus by helicopter).
Communicate with suppliers and hire event staff (makeup artists, mascots, etc.).
Manage promotional budgets.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as filing and archiving documents.
Cover for the receptionist when they are absent, including greeting visitors and managing mail and phone calls.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
