Responsibilities
1. Data Creation & Intake ManagementCreate master data items for Supply Chain transactions using WinShuttle, customized MDM toolsets, Microsoft Office, and SAP. Manage incoming intake requests with a strong customer service focus, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborate closely with requestors to gather complete and accurate master data on materials prior to approval and system entry.
2. Governance, Compliance & Data QualityAdhere strictly to defined MDM standards and processes, including data dictionaries, approver matrices, process maps, and change logs. Ensure total compliance with corporate policies, governance frameworks, and established MDM standards. Support data integrity by conducting data validation, completeness reviews, and duplicate checks before entering information into the system. Monitor and improve overall data quality through structured data integrity checks, compliance reporting, audits, and duplicate/obsolescence management. Conduct periodic audits and compile reporting metrics focused on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
3. Analytics, Initiatives & SupportAnalyze system data to ensure business processes are being adhered to while maintaining high standards of data quality. Leverage data reporting and analytics tools to design and execute data maintenance cycles, proactively identifying data gaps and driving data cleanup initiatives. Support master data transformation initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and process design improvements. Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation, standard training materials, and knowledge transfer resources for team members and business users. Train business users and facilitate cross-training initiatives to enhance team flexibility and operational capability.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain function. Technical Skills: Experience working with SAP and LSMW/WinShuttle.
Computer Literacy: Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer skills.
Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of projects and initiatives within tight deadlines.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and good oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Active enrollment in or completion of a recognized Supply Chain certification designation (e.g., ASCM CPIM, CSCP, SCMA, SCMP). Advanced Systems: Previous experience utilizing SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, or Fieldglass platforms is considered an asset.
Functional Background: Direct work experience within a functional stream of the supply chain, such as maintenance planning, materials management, or warehousing.
User Delivery: Prior experience providing user support or delivering training modules.
