Responsibilities
• Execute data conversion from legacy land record software to the future state iasWorld software platform.
• Collaborate closely with business project teams and IT partners to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Design databases and build data structures required to support new solution workflows.
• Develop and implement end to end data migration and conversion processes.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing across data pipelines.
• Support business stakeholders in understanding the target data model and associated business rules.
• Identify data patterns, resolve technical issues, and ensure high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications
• Eight or more years of experience working as a Data Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Eight or more years of experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating data with high accuracy.
• Eight or more years of experience with data modeling, database design, data mining, and scripting in Oracle or SQL Server.
• Eight or more years of experience with database security models and best practices.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and communicate clearly across all organizational levels.
