Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be [fluent] in [English] (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to: communicate with English-speaking clients/partners located outside Quebec on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and manage patient inquiries.

• Handle billing for consultations and follow up on supply orders.
• Update the internal IT system and scan administrative documents.
Qualifications
• Perfect command of both French and English, both spoken and written (expert level required).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administration or secretarial work.
• College diploma (DEC), vocational diploma (DEP/ASP), or equivalent training in secretarial studies or administration.
• Good practical knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM system is an asset.
• Ability to work entirely on-site in Montreal.
• Strong customer service orientation and a high sense of professional care.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent organizational structure and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to quickly learn computer tools, billing software, and CRM systems.
